I remember the day I mustered up the courage to say it – those three little words, five vowels and three consonants. I love you. My heart was racing, palms sweaty, and I felt like the whole world was holding its breath with me. The feelings were overwhelming, like I was completely filled up and about to burst at any moment. It felt like I just couldn’t keep it in any longer.
